This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through zerosoftsolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, your choices, and your rights. This Site is operated from the United States and is intended for users in the United States. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information collected through the Site and communications relating to the Site. Information processed in connection with client projects or services may also be governed by the applicable written client agreement, data-processing agreement, or project-specific notice.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you email or otherwise contact us. This information may include your name, email address, company, telephone number, project information, and the contents of your communication.
Our Site does not require users to create accounts or submit payment information.
Our website host or security providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs, as reasonably necessary to deliver, secure, and maintain the Site.
2. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, session-recording technologies, or cross-site behavioral advertising technologies. We do not use Site activity to build advertising profiles.
Limited technologies or server logs that are strictly necessary to operate, secure, or deliver the Site may be used by us or our hosting provider. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or consent required by applicable law.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information:
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- To evaluate a potential project or business relationship;

We do not use personal information collected through the Site for targeted advertising or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose personal information:
- To hosting, email, information-technology, security, accounting, legal, and other service providers that assist us in operating our business;

Service providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.
5. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. The retention period may depend on the nature of the inquiry, whether a business relationship develops, applicable legal or accounting requirements, the need to prevent fraud or security incidents, and the need to establish or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it, subject to ordinary backup and record-retention processes.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable exemptions, you may have the right to request:
- Confirmation of whether we process your personal information;
- Access to or a copy of your personal information;
- Correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Deletion of certain personal information; or
- Information about our disclosure or use of personal information.
We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising.
To submit a request, email support@zerosoftsolutions.com and describe the request. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or authority to act for another person.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, that period is generally 45 days after receipt, subject to any legally permitted extension.
If applicable law gives you the right to appeal our refusal to act on a request, you may submit an appeal to the same email address with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
